If you think third party vacation rental sites are your best path to success, you're a candidate for Micro-Management. You'll set up your own independent website, determine your rental rates, and be the primary point of contact for all your guests. Azul Vacaciones will be your on-site cleaning and concierge partner.
This monthly fee applies directly to the website that gives you access to your calendar - all bookings, all cleans, everything will be on the Master Calendar. This will be your key to success! We'll train you to make this experience enjoyable and profitable.
Azul Vacaciones at Nya is going to present a consistent high quality experience to all guests and the first part of that is a consistent linen experience. Year one will require a full linen purchase (towels and sheets) with a smaller replenishment fee each year thereafter. This is critical to this level of service for quick housekeeping turnarounds.
Sometimes things will come up a remote host will not be able to address in a timely manner, such as a water leak. But don't worry! Our staff will be on standby to respond on your behalf. Fees will be determined depending on the level of emergency encountered and a schedule of fees will be available to you prior to contract.

At the point of arrival, all guests of Nya are guests of Azul Vacaciones. Our office is open to all guests for any and all services we provide. Our Concierge Team will help them book excursions and restaurant reservations. Whatever they need, we'll be here to help.
You will be responsible for all pre- and post- Nya visit communications. You will be responsible for any disputes or follow-up procedures under the terms of your third-party contract. However, when they're here, we want to emphasize that our doors are open for their vacation needs. Feel free to let them know that we're here for them!
This is the best part! Your guests will have a seamless Nya/Azul Vacaciones experience as all linens will be of the same high quality throughout the entire community. By using the Azul Vacaciones Calendar, our team will know when your guests are checking in and checking out and schedule housekeeping without you lifting a finger. You will then be responsible for the cleans performed the previous month through the Owner Portal. It couldn't be easier.
