Ownership at Nya entitles you to some pretty wonderful perks; the Crystal Lagoon, the Eco Canyon, the sports complex, and shops & restaurants. It also brings with it the chance to share your slice of paradise with the world through short-term rentals. That’s where Azul Vacaciones comes in as Nya’s exclusive on-site property management/vacation rental partner. And the first thing we need to know is 

What’s Your Management Style?

We understand that each Nya Owner has different needs and wants when it comes to managing their property and we’ve designed our business model to ensure that your unique style is represented. So let’s see how we can work together.

This is the traditional model - we take care of everything!  We'll find rentals for your property, collect payments, arrange cleaning upon checkout and professionally inspect afterwards.  The most carefree ownership experience possible.  You can also block the time you want to visit right on your phone! 

This is where we work together to find your rentals - we'll both be working to fill your calendar in real time and with our software, your owner portal will allow you to input your rentals and  our staff will be alerted to schedule the clean.

Maybe you think you can handle the rentals yourself  - that's completely up to you!  Allow us to handle the rest of the details.  You will use the owner portal to manage your calendar and we will automatically be notified to provide a top-notch cleaning and inspection.

Maybe you don't have a need to rent out your home at Nya - We can still help!  You'll have access to our services on an a-la-carte basis.  Just log in and schedule an inspection if you'd like us to make sure everything is good, or maybe a clean after your stay.  It's all available to you whenever you need us.

Change is the one thing we can always count on!  As time goes by, your needs and desires may change and that's okay!  You're free to move between levels as you wish.  We will work with you to make your ownership experience at Nya as stress-free as possible.
