Hands Off Management

This is the best option for Owners that don't live in Guanacaste.  Our team will take care of everything; we'll set up your advertising, we'll book your rentals, communicate with & support your renters, clean and inspect your property after each stay and be fully accountable to you at all times through our App.

Fees

10% Commissions

Just 10% of your rental fees.  Your renters will be paying a 10% booking fee, all applicable taxes and their cleaning fee.  You will be paid out 90% of your rental fees each month.

$40 Monthly Owner Portal Access

This monthly fee applies directly to the website that gives you a transparent view of your property - all bookings, all cleans, and your calendar.  You can block dates for yourself, schedule cleans and more!

Linen Fee (TBD by Property)

Azul Vacaciones at Nya is going to present a consistent high quality experience to all guests and the first part of that is a consistent linen experience.  Year one will require a full linen purchase (towels and sheets) with a smaller replenishment fee each year thereafter.
