This could be your level of service if you have some experience with rental property management and want to be part of the guest experience. We'll work in tandem to book your property, and we'll also be your on-site cleaning/inspection/concierge service!
We'll charge a 15% commission on the rental fee only for rentals we generate. You'll keep 100% of your personal rentals. We will both charge a standard fee to guests for cleanings which will accrue to Azul Vacaciones to clean your property after each stay.
This monthly fee applies directly to the website that gives you access to our shared calendar - all bookings, all cleans, everything must be on the calendar. This will be the key to success! We'll train you to make this experience enjoyable and profitable.
Azul Vacaciones at Nya is going to present a consistent high quality experience to all guests and the first part of that is a consistent linen experience. Year one will require a full linen purchase (towels and sheets) with a smaller replenishment fee each year thereafter. This is critical to this level of service for quick housekeeping turnarounds.

Our website will be the master calendar at all times, it has to be this way to avoid double bookings and to automatically schedule cleaning services. You will have an app on your phone where you can check availability before accepting your booking so you can always respond to your guests in real time. In this scenario, the first party to finalize a booking will have precedence at all times. It sounds scary, but it won't be - we just have to have rules to work together!
You will be responsible for all check-in and property related communications with your independently generated guests. Azul will be equally responsible for all of the guests wee generate. Azul Vacaciones will be glad to help your guests once they are on-site with any questions or concerns, When they're on-site, your guests are our guests. Also, in your communications with your guests, please feel free to use our Concierge Team's URL so they can book directly with our excursion partners - it will make you look more professional and make sure all Nya guests have a consistently high quality experience..
This is the best part! Your guests will have a seamless Nya/Azul Vacaciones experience as all linens will be of the same high quality throughout the entire community. By using the Azul Vacaciones Calendar, our team will know when your guests are checking in and checking out and schedule housekeeping without you lifting a finger. You will then be responsible for the cleans performed the previous month through the Owner Portal. It couldn't be easier.
